Prana Flow
Our signature flow, rooted in vinyasa, moves with the ease of your breath—calm, mindful, and quietly strong. The energy shifts from calm to powerful and back again, always adapting, always alive. It’s a practice that leaves the body lit up and the mind clear, a flow that feels different every time but always brings the vibes.
Inside Flow
Prana Yoga is the only place in New York where you can experience Inside Flow. Amanda, the certified Inside Flow instructor, will help you find your rhythm every Monday night – get ready to flow like never before! Inside Flow is all about syncing your breath with dynamic movement to the beat of the music – think of it as singing a song with your body. Fluid and expressive, designed to connect to your soul through movement. Must be a member of the studio or have an Inside Flow package to sign up.
Purely Mat Pilates
With a deep passion for movement, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to the yoga studio. As a pediatric occupational therapist and dedicated Pilates enthusiast, Jennifer understands how movement influences both the body and mind. Her teaching style blends strength, flexibility, and breathwork, creating a practice that supports mobility, balance and inner connection. Jennifer was certified by Linda Farrell, NCPT of LindaFit Pilates New York City in 2015. She received her Beyond Barre certification in 2016.
